Capital Hyundai – Detailing Team Lead
As the Detailing Team Lead, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the detailing department while ensuring all vehicles are cleaned and prepared to Capital Hyundai standards. The Auto Detailing Lead will support the team by coordinating workflow, maintaining quality standards, and assisting with detailing duties to ensure vehicles are delivered in excellent condition.
Capital Hyundai – Lot Manager
As the Lot Manager, you will oversee all aspects of lot operations, ensuring the dealership maintains a clean, organized, and professional environment. Some key responsibilities include leading daily lot operations to support dealership goals and maintaining a safe, efficient workflow. You will ensure the lot is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing, while monitoring vehicle conditions, identifying any damage or issues, and communicating them promptly to the Sales or Service teams. Additionally, you will oversee vehicle placement, signage, and presentation standards to maximize visibility and enhance the overall customer experience.
Capital Hyundai – Sales & Leasing Consultant
As a Sales & Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process, from initial inquiry to final sale and delivery. You will provide exceptional customer service, build lasting relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction by matching them with the right vehicle to meet their needs. Corporate Team – Heavy Equipment Operator
As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment to support construction, maintenance, snow removal, site preparation, and infrastructure projects across Capital Auto Group and Howard Properties locations. This role is ideal for an experienced operator who takes pride in maintaining equipment, working safely, and contributing to the successful completion of projects in a variety of working conditions.
Capital Ford Lincoln – Service Advisor
As one of the most challenging roles in the group, you will be required to initiate automotive repairs and services by establishing performance problems and services requested, verifying warranty and service contract coverage, developing estimates, writing repair orders, and maintaining records, while having a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. A positive, energetic attitude is essential for continued success in this position.
Capital Mitsubishi – Evening Receptionist
As an Evening/Weekend Receptionist, you will provide a friendly, professional, and welcoming experience for all Capital Mitsubishi customers while upholding the company's commitment to exceptional service. Key responsibilities include answering and directing incoming telephone calls, determining the purpose of each call, transferring callers to the appropriate department or team member, and accurately taking and relaying messages when necessary. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner, resolving issues whenever possible, and ensuring timely solutions that contribute to a positive customer experience.
