Good news!!!
I was able to fix this problem by coping the Arabic layout file located in /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/ara from a Kubuntu live boot in which the Arabic RALT key is present and replacing the Manjaro one by it.
I uploaded the Kubuntu 17.10 Arabic layout to pastebin to help the people that are facing this issue, here is the link 45.
The problem is now solved but please developers fix this issue :heart:

9 mensagens · –M H M من خودم اینجوری الان ردیفش کردم که تو فایل ir (که مربوط به Layout فارسی من میشه) توی مسیر /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols این مقدار رو کامنت کردم include "level3(ralt_switch)" بدون مشکل با آلت و شیف راست هم عوض میشه البته یه بارم باید دیسپلی منیجر رو بعدش ری استارت کنی sudo systemctl restart display-managerH M H H M
