🌸Position: VIP Manager (US Market)
🌸Work Format: Remote (Full-time)
🌸Salary: $1,500–2,000 + performance-based bonuses
🌸Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP players.
Increase deposits, player LTV, and retention.
Deliver personalized communication and support to high-value clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Analyze VIP player performance and behavior to optimize retention strategies and improve results.
🌸Requirements:
Mandatory experience in a Client Retention role within the Forex industry.
Strong sales and customer retention skills.
Experience in phone communication and negotiations.
English proficiency: C1 or higher (mandatory). Russian is a plus.
