Senior Full Stack Software Engineer | Remote (Brazil and Colombia) About the Role We are looking for a full-time, remote Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with 6+ years of software engineering experience to join our U.S. client. In this role, you will own end-to-end feature delivery across the full stack — front-end, back-end, data, and integrations — while leveraging modern development tools, including AI-assisted development, to build and ship production-quality software efficiently. Required Experience Excellent English communication skills 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with real, demonstrable full stack delivery — production systems, real users, and meaningful ownership. Resume-level hands-on experience, not LLM -generated portfolios. Strong fundamentals. You understand what the code is doing and why. You can read a stack trace, reason through a query plan, debug a race condition, and tell when an agent is wrong. We are explicitly not hiring "vibe coders" who depend on AI to compensate for missing fundamentals — AI amplifies seniority, it doesn't replace it.
