I am aware of the Android 17 issues. A hotpatch will be released for Android 17 next week. While most changes from Android 16 to 17 are minor, they have changed a core API which used to let App Manager list the applications themselves. So, basically a minor change causing a major issue.
If you need to access the app details page of an app, you can do so from a supported web browser (Chrome, Brave, etc. should work OOB) by typing the following URL:
app-manager://details?id={{package_name}}
Where {{package_name}} is the actual package name of the app.
