Weird Catcentral banks do QE after slashing rates, not before, if you do QE with high interest rates you would buy long-term bonds yielding very little, while simultaneously being forced to pay commercial banks a high interest rate on the massive cash reserves you create to buy those bonds

That news was a day or so old…it should have been huge. I’m becoming skeptical of a quick turnaround in price. Still a believer.
