Pursuant to Articles 1 and 2 of Protocol No. 22 on Denmark's position, annexed to the Treaty on European Union and the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Denmark does not participate in the adoption of this Implementing Decision and is neither bound by it nor obliged to apply it.
