Job Title: Lifting Specialist (Lead) Job description: Job Specific Requirements Act as central focal point for all ROO Department lifting activities. Manage the Assistant Lifting Specialist in providing on-site lifting activity oversight and assurance. Required to conduct duties as detailed within the ROO Lifting Management System and this Scope of Work document and shall review and authorize required lift plans, method statements and risk assessments and provide on-site self-verification to monitor conformance as per the ROO LMS and section 5 of this SoW Relevant Experience Requirement Have a minimum of ten (10) years relevant experience in similar multicultural, large onshore upstream operations. Job Mandatory Requirements • Hold accredited Lifting qualifications and be a minimum CPCS/NPORS appointed person. • Hold an A1 Assessor (or similar) assessment qualification. • Hold a suitable Engineering Qualification e.g., BTEC Level 3 • Have successfully completed the ROO online competency assessment process achieving a minimum of level 3. • Be interviewed and accepted by ROO management prior to contract award. • Be fluent in written and spoken English. • Be computer literate and able to manage a diverse range of onshore upstream lifting operations. Job Title: Working at Height Specialist Job description: Job Specific Requirements Responsible for all activities relating to working at height. Working with all ROO Departments, the Working at Height Specialist will be required to provide oversight and assurance for all activities relating to working at height across the ROO concessional area and off concession as required. This function will also be required to become a key member the ROO working at height task force focusing on the reduction of incidents, near misses and HiPO trend. All the position need theory knowledge and full skill of practical maintenance experience, familiar to read diagram and manual and problem solving, need responsible to make trouble shooting and solve problem. The vacancy as shown as below: 1.Mechanical Rotating&static equipment Engineer and technician(pumps, valves, pipes, tankers& vessels,air compressor) 2.Electrical system operation&maintenance Engineer and technician (equipment include but not limited as: diesel and gas engine driven generator,HVS substation, MCC, 400-132KV OHTL, VFD, soft starter and local control panel for motor, boiler, generator, solar system, AC/DC UPS, air compressor,desalter,etc.) 3.Field Instrument &control system Engineer and technician( temperature/level/pressure sensor,switch,transmitter,gauge,PCV calibration,trouble shooting, boiler control system, DCS、scada system configuration,etc). 4.Corrosion engineer (Responsible for Cathodic protection system, corrosion Coupon on line operation, static asset period inspection based on API and NACE, settlement monitoring, etc.) The engineer candidates no less than 5 years’ maintenance experience. Technician candidates no less than 3 years’ maintenance experience. Oil&gas,refinery field experience preferred. 5.Process Engineer (Petrolum or chemical)  must have 5 years experience in Production of Oil and Gas and work in CPF Operation Engineer must can be speak English and Arabic Technician must speak Arabic and preferred to speak Engilish.
