We are very sorry to inform you that, due to the suspension of a U.S. regulatory license, Pearson is unable to deliver tests for candidates from Iran. However, if you are able to provide proof of primary residency outside Iran, your request to take a PTE test can be reviewed further. To help us assess your request, please provide a copy of any one of the following documents: • Passport issued by another country • National ID card • Permanent residence card or visa • Other valid government-issued identification confirming residency outside Iran Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the work permit you provided. Please note that any document you provide must: • Be original, current, and valid • Include a matching photograph • Align with the details shown on the Iranian passport • Clearly demonstrate your residency in the country where you wish to take the test. Once we receive the required documentation, we will carefully review your request in accordance with our policy and provide you with an update as soon as possible. In the meantime, we kindly ask that you do not schedule a new test appointment until your request has been formally reviewed and approved.
