Насчет muOS на rk3566: RK3566 They were on the plans long ago, but development never really happened, and with other devices getting in the line of development, I don't believe they will get support, at least not anytime soon. Although the RK3566 chip is pretty popular, so, who knows. They actually are nice devices, I would enjoy an ARC-D with it's 2gb of ram. It would be a great port playing machine. But the lack of muOS, and pricetag, are a barrier.
