Your wallet is protected by an access code that is split into three separate pieces, and those pieces are encrypted with your password. The password is the only thing that can decrypt them — without it, nobody can, including us. There is no option to enable a reset for a specific email, because that option doesn't exist in the security design. The only way to reset a password is through biometric verification on a device you've previously logged in from. Where biometrics were never enabled, entering the correct password is the only path in. Email confirms a request came from your address. It doesn't decrypt anything. A reset link sent to a verified email would open nothing, because what's underneath is still locked by a password we don't have.
