We’re excited to share that Emmanuel Etana has been selected as our new Video Editor at CodeBiruh. Welcome to the team, Emmanuel! But this announcement is also about something we believe every hiring process should include: transparency. Whether someone is selected or not, applicants deserve to know where they stand. We understand that one vacancy can receive hundreds of applications and that reviewing every application takes time. But once a decision has been made, letting applicants know that the position has been filled can save them from waiting and wondering whether they are still being considered. At CodeBiruh, we believe transparency should be part of the hiring process not just the hiring decision. To everyone who applied for this role, thank you for your time, effort, and interest in working with us. We truly appreciate it. ❤️ Stay tuned for more upcoming opportunities and follow CodeBiruh to be the first to hear about them
