Information regarding the exploit and investigation results \ Информация по уязвимости и результатам проверки​ Dear players, A demonstration of a previously existing vulnerability has appeared online Yes, this issue did exist and was caused by an SQL injection vulnerability. It was discovered after a series of suspicious activities, and identifying the root cause required significant investigation. The full resolution process took approximately two weeks. The fixes were implemented in several stages: • First fix - July 13; • Second fix - July 19; • Third fix - July 20. The issue on the Erica server has been fully resolved. Additional checks were performed on related systems to prevent similar exploitation methods. We understand the impact such situations can have on player trust. We want to be transparent and share the results of our investigation. Investigation results As a result of the investigation, 62 master accounts (more than one hundred game accounts) were permanently banned for direct involvement in exploiting the vulnerability and gaining benefits from it. We also removed illegally obtained items and Adena. Some items could not be restored because they had already been destroyed through the enhancement system and converted into crystals. It is important to note that many players who received items or Adena from other players had no way of knowing their origin. These cases were reviewed individually, and no punishment was applied without evidence of intentional involvement. --- Дорогие игроки, В сети появилась демонстрация ранее существовавшей уязвимости, связанную с дублированием игровых ценностей. Она была обнаружена после серии подозрительных действий, а поиск причины и подготовка исправления потребовали значительного времени. Полное устранение проблемы заняло около двух недель. Исправления были установлены поэтапно: • первый фикс - 13 июля; • второй фикс - 19 июля; • третий фикс - 20 июля. На данный момент проблема на сервере Erica полностью устранена. Также были проведены дополнительные проверки связанных систем, чтобы исключить похожие способы эксплуатации. Мы понимаем, что подобные ситуации влияют на доверие игроков, поэтому хотим открыто сообщить о произошедшем и результатах проверки. Результаты проверки В результате расследования было безвозвратно заблокировано 62 мастер-аккаунта (более сотни игровых аккаунтов), которые были напрямую связаны с использованием уязвимости и получением выгоды от неё. Также была проведена работа по изъятию незаконно полученных предметов и адены. Часть предметов невозможно было восстановить, так как они были уничтожены через систему заточки и превращены в кристаллы. Важно отметить: многие игроки, получившие предметы или адену от других игроков, не могли знать об их происхождении. Такие случаи проверялись отдельно, и без доказательств умышленного участия наказания не применялись.  Characters who received items or Adena from other players and were reviewed during the investigation.
