🇮🇱🇺🇸🇮🇷 Trump:
“The Iranians came close to a deal, then backed out - they approached and then retreated - I understood from that that they don't really want a deal.
So let's see how this may be interpreted: Both sides agreed to the theater because Iran doesn't need a deal; they already had one. Israel does. Trump attacking with precision is in the interest of Iranians but not so much for Israel.
🇮🇱🇺🇸🇮🇷 Trump:
There was a good conversation with Bibi Netanyahu. We are working at the same pace.
Working at the same pace is a very odd turn of phrase. Usually.an American would say "we are on the same page". So that is not what he meant.
How about that meaning something like a dependent running alongside a master but still leashed? I can see that. Trump sets the pace and he runs along like the dog he is.
🇮🇱🇺🇸🇮🇷 Trump:
I have many exit points from this battle. I could make it long and control everything, or end it in a few days and tell the Iranians we'll meet again in a few years if you start rebuilding your power. In any case, they will need a few years to recover from this attack.”
I doubt how much clearer Trump could have been about Iranians retaking their country - and that is not regime change. Regime change is when a new optic is needed so a new puppet for the same master is installed. He made it clear he had no puppet lined up.
The wider lack of perspective and understanding is because so many desperately want Trump to be a puppet himself. So they paint every utterance with the old shades of meaning because they are instructed to do so or simply can't get the difference.
These kinds of correct but limited interpretations by this account aren't common because this is also an attack on the still struggling to keep their heads above water media. They can't make this statement mean whatever the handlers want it to. So the media mafia act like it's just the same old news repackaged. This account at least got the bottom line if not the full story.
Learning to read between the lines is an acting and screenwriting skillset. The common framework for all these scenes is that it IS a movie. Think like a moviemaker and see what a difference it makes!
