In my opinion, the animation, parallax, and other issues with SL on Samsung are due to SL's code. I have apps where animations and 3D parallax work perfectly on my S25U... with SL, they have never worked for me... so it is very likely that SL's code does not handle Samsungs well. The same thing is happening to me now with the latest version of Icon Pack Studio, which does not read the background colors, so the icons do not change color when the background changes. With other apps, the background colors are detected and changed... I would advise SL's developers to take a look at their app's code to make the various animations work on Samsungs as well....
