To my understanding. The latest OneUI is the one causing this issue. On my Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 was working perfectly until the latest UI update.
Funny thing is, at firs, as soon as I updated oneUI, IPS was still working fine, but then my dumb self reseted the app and I lost the access from the wallpaper coloring from then on. On My Pixel 8 Pro works flawlessly tho.
