i recall you had some fluency in an asian language. was it mandarin? I started some duo lingo mandarin last year and I"m still on a streak. one good thing about being stuck on an android device for a while :(

and the problem with this language is you can have 1 character, but if you don't have the other one, you don't have 50%, you have 0% haha

in english if I say 'aquatic' if I don't know 'tic' at least I know 'its related to water' but in mandarin it seems not so
