UEFI mode Windows only" means that when you boot your computer, it will only use the UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface) boot method, which is the standard for modern operating systems like Windows, essentially excluding older legacy BIOS boot options; in simpler terms, your computer will only boot using the newer, more secure UEFI method when running Windows.

redParrotHi I changed my computer and sadly after that I remembered for debian installation I should make the bootable usb first. So right now I only have a clean window. Please give me a working instructions for windows 11 and debian 12.9 iso file.
First take backup of your system.
Use debian dvd iso. Use any popular iso from usb, use partition manager to create a separate partition for Linux.
Now proceed with installation.

Thanks for your support. Can I install the nvidia software from their official site. I saw that they are supporting linux also. After installing the software, is that makes any kind of stability issues in debian os?

Go to Nvidia website itself. Look for your graphics model and series. Also choose your operating system. It will bring the best installion candidate so download and run it. Got Debian probably it is a run file not deb
