If you haven't closed the console, then you can simply scroll up.
But actually, you can do the pip install again and pip would skip those already downloaded.

BulletHello guys is there a way I can use a web browser on a HDMI Touchscreen, without gui? I have debian Linux for my smarthome without a gui. So I will use a Touchscreen Monitor for my visualization. But for this I need a web browser to open a URL to the visualization to control m smarthome.
You can use lynx - terminal based web browser.

On February 8, Linux 6.19 was released, introducing the Live Update Orchestrator (LUO) subsystem. LUO enables full kernel reboots and updates without stopping system operation, preserving the state of the system, devices, and processes. It is built on the previously introduced Kexec HandOver (KHO) mechanism, which not only allows a new kernel to be launched from a running one without losing system state, but also handles preserving device and memory state and maintaining continuity for DMA and interrupt handling. The state is saved before switching to the new kernel and restored afterward, without disrupting ongoing device operations performed by the system and user-space applications.
