the messages that get flagged as spam by Combot are deleted from the telegram history. you might actually have the only archive of them; telegram only keeps the moderation log with a rolling window of something like 48 hours.

ugh, I see now that this thread is full of spam that did not get deleted.

from the public group chat membership list, the owner appears to be a deleted account; I'm not sure how telegram handles this. maybe one of the other admins @v1_nc and @austinhornhead_12 got the permission you need.
