Aave is a DeFi lending protocol based on Ethereum💲 and other EVM-blockchains. It allows users to access instant loans, known as flash loans, that must be paid back in the same transaction they were taken out in.
The $AAVE token is the governance token of the platform, and it remains among the top 30 most capitalized tokens🔥. Despite its current position, the project is actually at the heart of decentralized finance, as it was one of the first projects in the space, dating back to 2017💎

A false exit outside the boundaries of the ascending channel is observed. The ChOCH series indicates weakening of the buyer. Upper FVG and OB zones are creating resistance. The current structure indicates a high probability of decline.
The squeeze pattern and declining volumes confirm the scenario of a return to the range. The target is to close the lower imbalances.

Today we are analyzing Compound ($COMP), another promising DeFi loans project on Ethereum 🔎
There are no🙅♂️ striking differences from the already analyzed $AAVE 👉 $COMP is also a governance token. But the platform itself is available in more networks, from Solana and the $BNB chain to some less popular L2s.
Despite this, $COMP is even more undervalued🔽, not even entering the top 100 by capitalization. Yes, the project is developing quietly, peacefully and evenly without loud announcements, but still it does not stand still! 📈
