v7.3.1.5: chore: Bump the release version to 7.3.1.5 Increment the fork update version while keeping the official baseline and storage compatibility at 7.3.1. Start a new round of bilingual release notes, since the previous entries shipped with 7.3.1.4. The notes cover the in-window media viewer with its opening, closing and full-screen transitions, its controls for small windows, themed video controls and button tooltips, the custom logos for the folder rail and the chat list top, video covers in the context menu, the menu layering fix over embedded web pages, the startup icon refresh fix and the deleted message opacity change. Debug-only and build-only commits are left out. Validation: version.py and the release notes check passed. The changes since v7.3.1.4 carry no local paths or account data.
