#AMA the plan was to launch in Q1. It seems Q1 is ending in less then 4 weeks, and a new war has started. With BTC under 75K, it kind of feels like a bearmarket. I know Solareum is going to be it’s own product, and not for a quick pump and dump, but still. Is launching in Q1 still the sensible thing to do? Or is patience still the way to go? With market sentiment and a new war going on. I for one can’t wait for the launch. But honestly, i’ve invested a lot, and would hate to see it all go down the drain because of bad timing. I know it feels like we missed our timing a while back because of former team choices, but i for one am convinced we will have another moment. Eventually. The important question is, is everything ready for launch, when the right time is here? Because if the plan was to launch Q1, everything should be in order, and ready to go with a last push of a button. As always, even in this bearmarket, i am still a big believer in the project, and i trust the sensible choice is being made.

SOLAREUM UPDATE March 10, 2026 Hey Solareum community, I have some news to share with everyone. This is going to be a big shift, but you guys should always be up to date on how things are going, where we actually stand, what’s changing, and why there’s still a reason to pay attention. — Leadership Transition — First, I will be stepping down from the day-to-day management of Solareum’s operating entity. This is a difficult and deeply personal decision. I will try to add some context so you can see how I came to this decision. When I became CEO for this project, it was already in trouble. The project was effectively frozen, and we had spent several months relying on the promises of individuals who we trusted – but ended up getting burned. With no White Paper 2.0, and the token effectively frozen, we were not bringing in any revenue. Although I did not really talk about it much, because of my belief in the project and this team, I tried to keep a lot of this project afloat using my own finances, even though there was no revenue coming in. I put in tens of thousands of dollars each month, but after several months, it began taking a bigger toll each time. That turned into stress and health issues. This is not sustainable for anyone – at least, it wasn’t for me. But here’s what matters: I am not walking away from the fight. I am stepping down as CEO, but will keep myself involved to at least see the lawsuit through for you guys. — The Lawsuit Continues — As you know, we are continuing our claims in the State of Delaware. The goal is accountability and recovery. If successful, any funds recovered go directly to the company and ultimately benefit the project and its holders. I will keep administrative control, but as you know the rights to this suit belong to the company, not to any one in particular. The legal action is the path – in my opinion, to getting this project back on track. With a long-anticipated White Paper 2.0, and with justice pursued in full, and

— Why There’s Still Hope — We get asked: “Is this project dead?” No. Here’s why: The technology vision behind Solareum – net-zero cryptocurrency – hasn’t changed. The IP continues and is preserved and transferred to a proper legal structure. The litigation is being prosecuted by now two law firms who believe in this case. And, although I gave this all that I was able to, I fully intend to see this final part through. A successful outcome in the lawsuit means recovery of funds, potential delivery or recreation of the White Paper, and accountability. That’s not a guarantee – litigation never is. But it’s a real path to writing a wrong, through the legal system. We’re asking for your patience. Not blind faith – patience. Whoever ultimately takes over as CEO will continue to receiving and give to you guys any updates as the case moves forward. To preserve our lawsuit as best we can, we will temporarily use this page for announcements only (until the legal action is resolved). The Delaware courts may have some of the filings publicly available for those who want to follow more closely, although keep in mind the legal system does move slowly. Lastly, real big efforts were made in writing our own documents and restructuring the Blockchain. Unfortunately this took way more funds then anticipated. Because of this, I’m forced to use the remainder of my own capital to keep the lawsuit funded. Thanks for all your support the past year.
