Technical Update: Market Cap Data Resolution
Yesterday, we rolled out a system update designed to significantly enhance the bot’s processing speed. While the performance goals were met, a specific cleanup process for market cap data was inadvertently omitted from the deployment.
Consequently, for a 12-hour window, some groups displayed static market capitalization figures rather than real-time updates.
Community Feedback and Reports
We want to extend our gratitude to everyone who contributed to a swift resolution:
To our proactive users: Thank you to those who reached out privately to report the inconsistency. Your detailed feedback allowed us to pinpoint the root cause and implement a fix immediately.
To the "enthusiastic" messengers: We also acknowledge those who took it upon themselves to visit every group to spread word of the error in an attempt to have us removed. Your dedication to broadcasting our oversight was, in its own way, helpful in highlighting the urgency of the matter.
Current Status: The issue is fully resolved, and all data feeds are back to normal. We remain committed to optimizing our services and appreciate the community—in all its forms—for keeping us on our toes.
