Qualifications:
Female candidate.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
At least 5–7 years of experience in IT project management; experience as a Project Manager is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Results-oriented, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Technical Skills:
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Hands-on knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
Proven ability to develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Strong grasp of business requirements analysis and system requirements documentation.
Practical understanding of user acceptance testing (UAT) and system implementation processes.
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, databases, networks, and system integration.
