In my humble opinion we have a manufacturing problem and an energy problem. It is hard to keep up with the demand. Even Jensen is saying that. That’s why they’re focusing the contracts on the larger institutions. It’s easier to scale.
The concept of DePIN solves the energy problem since it distributes the energy across the grid. But there’s still a hardware problem.
Look at the ram shortage and the GPU prices. Those are meant to be distributed to the consumer in masses and they can’t keep up with the demand.
