Click the Category dropdown field.
Type the exact name from CATEGORIES_LIST. (If drone shot $\rightarrow$ first is Aerial).
Wait 3 seconds.
Press Enter.
Tags: Leave empty.
PHASE 3: File Upload
Click Upload files.
Select FILE.
Wait 120 seconds.
PHASE 4: Open Clip Editor
Action: Click directly on the uploaded clip row (containing filename and "Draft").
Wait 6 seconds for the metadata panel to open.
PHASE 5: Metadata Entry
Title: If TITLE exceeds 40 characters, truncate it to max 40 chars without cutting words in half. Input result.
