✂️warning
📌donnot update your windows
✅The main recent issue with Windows 11 updates involves the March 2026 Patch Tuesday cumulative update KB5079473. Released around March 10-11, 2026, it has caused crashes, freezes, Blue Screens of Death (BSODs), repeated restarts, and app failures like Outlook not launching for some users on versions 24H2 and 25H2.
✅Common SymptomsSystem freezes requiring hard reboots, with data loss in unsaved work.
✅BSOD errors such as ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY (0xBE).
✅Installation failures (e.g., error 0x800f0991 or stuck at percentages).
✅Performance drops, graphics glitches, and driver issues (Wi-Fi/audio).
✅Microsoft's official known issues page does not list KB5079473 problems as of March 17, 2026, attributing similar recent reports (like C: drive access denial) to Samsung Galaxy Connect app conflicts instead.
✅Possible FixesUninstall KB5079473 via Settings > Windows Update > Update history > Uninstall updates, then pause updates temporarily.
