D . I am working on a force add system. Member "A" joined the group and then left. I subsequently generated an invitation link for member "B" via the bot. When I attempted to join the group using the account of member "A" (who had previously left), the addition was not credited to member "B." Why was the addition not counted? Is there an error somewhere, or is this the expected behavior when a member who previously left rejoins?A .

See i am making a project where Fastapi & PTB is both in single repo.
i run the bot using python main_tg_bot.py
i run fastapi webapp using python main_fastapi.py
See for the bot i have some different settings in my application.py exampel this
UPPER CODE, and this settings is working when the bot is running in the PTB's application.run_polling().
But from the webapp i need to send some information or file to the bot the problem is: how i can connect my fastapi with the PTB so that from fastapi when i will send a notificaiton to the user via bot how i will use the defaults and request again?
N What i found a solution is rather than use telegram.Bot i will use ExtBot, so this looks like i will use htis obj in my fastapi application, will this ok to use ok?
