Крутой результат. Я с Hugo перелез на Astro, из-за удобства разработки. Хотя когда пробывал, не думал что будет быстрее Hugo. Это же Node.js

короче, совершенно непонятно для кого он выступал, что хотел сказать, зачем?

а какой юзкейс у этих штук? в какой ситуации статический сайт лучше генератором генерить, а не просто сам по себе?

Когда у тебя очень много контента, и контент этот удобнее писать в markdown. То есть, когда это, например, универсальное вики для людей и агентов. Или когда это дока какого-то продукта. Или описание апихи человеческое. Блог вести, в конце концов.

That is a very good question and it's always personal goals and company goals. You shouldn't mix the two. There I was talking about company/project goals.

A company is a group of people. There are no AI-driven companies with programmed goals yet.
Each goal of a company is a personal goal of some of it's managers. There is no such thing as non-personal goal.
If you want a "honest" answer - tell about your goal, the rest will be obvious.

The group of people who are setting up company goals is very small. They're owners or beneficiaries. The further from the top of this hierarchy in the company, the less company goals are in play and the more personal goals are in play.

Well, that's correct default state with some exceptions. Every good company owner sets expectations for their management. Either verbally or in form of KPIs, tool doesn't matter much. So these are what I call "company goals" and in some form these apply to every person in a company.

You are confusing basic concepts. Expectations are basic and emotional. People expect literally everything imaginable from each other. On another side, goals are abstract and measurable. You can not set expectations, they are emotional. You don't set goals either, you agree on them.
That's the whole idea of the startups: numerical countable goals. Not expectations. In my experience with dozens of people in my teams what actually works is mutual goals. Agree on a goal, name it, use it as a criteria for every decision. Whenever there are expectations instead of a goal - the project is doomed.
