Terms of Service The service fee is non-refundable and must be paid upfront; if unpaid prior to the transaction, it will be deducted before funds are sent to the seller or refunds issued. Our platform exclusively facilitates transactions involving cryptocurrencies. Transactions involving illegal activities, such as the sale of stolen goods or fraud, will not be supported or processed. We disclaim responsibility for any accounts or products that are revoked or removed during or after the transaction. We are not liable for fluctuations in cryptocurrency values or any transaction fees (including gas or sending costs) related to transfers. The intermediary holds no responsibility in cases of account suspension or bans. Funds will only be released after both parties confirm that the transaction is complete. Terms such as “done,” “confirmed,” or “release” will be considered a consent to release funds or goods. In case of disputes, we aim to mediate fairly but reserve the right to make the final binding decision. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
