Line 1 says import pi variable from math library. Value of pi is 3.14, so basically you are importing that.
Line 2 says get input from a user, basically any number, and convert it to type float and assign it to variable r
So basically if you will enter 10, r will be = to 10
Line 3 says print the following
The area of the circle with radius 10 is: 314
r = 10
Pi * r**2
= 3.14 * 10 * 10
= 314
