i just made my own curriculum (Claude 4.6 Sonnet helped me draft the topics). since i have 0 background in programming, im gonna start with learning from Harvard CS50P
Nsomehow i stumbled upon this 30 days of python challenge, and just started learning today. whats your goal in learning this? at which level are you in now? do you wan to make a group together where we can support each other, doing days streak, etc, so we dont lose our progress?

Does ai engineering roles involve DSA rounds??

I'm actually unable to answer whether AI engineering roles involve DSA, since i have zero experience in this industry. But based on my conversation with a senior software engineer (7+ yoe), DSA is closer to systems engineering roles (AI infrastructure). AI engineer will likely work with uncertainties and probability, while software engineer works with logic, algorithms, deterministic. Btw youre going to the right direction, because according to this senior SE i was talking to, DSA is a crucial role and lots of companies are currently struggling to get this position filled with a proper talent

So, according to whatever advice was given, what you would pursue, coz, dsa is like super, complex to solve in less time, for that we need to go through every pattern but I think, ai engineer roles do require math, and involves complex problem solving, like, if you are good at probability , permutations, then only you can enter, is it true ??

honestly man, there's no shortcut to learning all of these. The experienced SE i was talking to said that companies are really struggling to find talents that actually understand the foundational programming things. Since the era of AI, everyone is like only vibecoding without actually understanding the system design, framework, etc. He said that in the future, markets will look for candidates who have a combination of software engineering fundamental skills, math fundamentals, and ability to reason, not memorizing (engineers who can reason about intelligent systems end-to-end). So really, if we're new in this field, we need to invest in time. Focusing to study relentlessly, consistently.
so my goal now is to just study the basic, fundamentals consistently. im not targeting to get a job in the near future. im gonna need at least 3 years to get an internship role i think
