Yes, I'm thinking we have recourse here to say they have no lawful position to be there. The Bill of Rights clearly forbids it and Charles' big association that the media trumpeted with the Pope and Catholic Church last year seems to me to match up with what is in that text that he is now incapable to be King and if I'm reading it right the crown now has to be passed on?
