با تخریب ۸۰ تا ۹۰ درصد تأسیسات انبار نفت شهران، پیشنهاد شده این مجموعه به محل دیگری منتقل شود و پس از آن، زمینهای آن به فضاهای عمومی و خدمات شهری اختصاص یابد.
