Hello @Arson_Ferret!I would like to ask you a question.Could you please tell me is there any difference between Russian house scholarship and RUDN Olympiad winner?because the students who came to study under the Russian house they already received referral letter from the ministry without completing language course even the website doesn’t change that they complete preparatory course and they don’t have certificate on the other hand I have completed preparatory course and I have language certificate but I don’t get my referral letter yet .I think it has difference that’s why ministry doesn’t give us referral letter?so they consider Olympiad winner different way?what is your opinion?
