DEM Party Parliamentary Group Deputy Chair Gülistan Kılıç Koçyiğit said the proposed framework law must be inclusive and provide legal guarantees for those returning to democratic politics. She also called for a parliamentary monitoring body to oversee the process, adding that laws hindering democracy, including the "terror free turkey" Law, should later be amended. Koçyiğit said talks with political parties are continuing, but no concrete draft has yet emerged. The bill is expected to be submitted before parliament goes into recess. @KurdishFrontReports
