Due to a MetaMask update four days ago, the comparison between the registered wallet address and the currently connected address became case-sensitive. As a result, the system incorrectly identified the wallets as mismatched, which kept the Claim button inactive. The issue has now been fixed, and you can proceed with the Claim process normally.
