✈️🇪🇹 CABIN CREW TIP — LEARN TO THINK IN “PASSENGER + AIRCRAFT”
Here’s a tip many applicants overlook:
When you practice cabin-crew situations, don't think only about what the passenger wants.
Train yourself to notice what is happening around the aircraft too.
For example, a passenger asks you for something while:
🌪️ The aircraft is experiencing turbulence
🚨 An important announcement is being made
🛫 The aircraft is preparing for takeoff
🛬 The aircraft is approaching for landing
🔔 The seat-belt sign is illuminated
The correct response can change depending on the flight situation.
🎯 REAL TIP FOR APPLICANTS:
When practicing interview or cabin-crew scenarios, ask yourself three questions:
1. What does the passenger need?
2. What is happening on the aircraft right now?
3. What is the safest and most professional action?
