In a community this size, having around 3–4 moderators could really help with coverage and response time.
It creates better balance across different time zones and ensures that even if some mods are offline, there’s usually someone available to handle issues like spam, reports, or urgent situations without delays.
Just sharing this from a structure and scalability perspective as the community continues to grow.
