If you want better macro results with a standard phone camera, attach a macro lens to the main camera and you'll see a noticeable difference. We haven't seen any good manufactured macro lenses; we assembled our own. Generally, additional macro lenses for phones are objective lenses with a focal length of 40-100mm.
