Android Camera Hacking Academy

I’m new to the community and I’d like some advice on how to get started properly. I have three phones: a Samsung S20 Ultra Exynos, a OnePlus 8 Pro, and a Sharp R6. Which of the three would you really recommend I try for this project? I don’t have any lens mount or accessories at the moment, but I do have access to a 3D printer. I also don’t know how to design or print 3D models yet. I also have a MacBook, not a Windows PC. I’m mentioning all of this so I can get advice that’s actually suited to my situation and know where to start. Finally, I’m mainly interested in RAW video and I already use MotionCam Pro; I’m much less interested in standard video.
