This is a h264 actually, not hevc/h265. When I run recording on performance cpu governer that's blindly sets highest cpu freqs, then no frame drops. But this mode drains battery very fast and isn't good for daily usage. It seems the cpu doesn't set up frequency quick so frame goes out of selected time and then it's being dropped
