Everything is progressing. Mark Z and Mike reporting Fines and Penalties paid/paying, and same with Indian nations. Mark: main players in Asia paid, some in EU and USA expected this week. Mike the other day has a bond antiquity person in the US got paid. They and Wolvie are expecting bond people to be liquid this week. Wolvie can’t get ahold of Mauricio, who was expecting Humanitarian funds on the 25th ( his funds come from a different source). They all believe 4B is close. A lot of talk by the first, or early August, with hope still for July. Meanwhile, Texas Snake, who is our only measure for 4B has pretty much been hearing good to go. Remember his banker oversees Redemption Centers in 5 states. She had people staffed a week ago and several times they have been expecting to make appointments. He is highly encouraged.
