I know one of the retired Indian Chiefs. Every time I hear this, I call to see if its true. Its always BS. But last Tuesday for the first time, he says they are all getting paid in 300-400 k chunks that are grants. He doesnt know who wrote the grants. He says the Indian nations did not write the grants they are getting paid from. He says these are called “ Reserve Nation Grants”
