The only positive thing about this whole Buyback, Legacy, and Coin situation at this point is this: if it actually leads to criminal charges and subsequent legal proceedings, we would probably only need to put one or two screenshots in front of the lawyers. They document in black and white the amounts and payouts that were presented or promised to us. If those representations ultimately result in a legally enforceable claim and the money can actually be recovered, then all the previous bullshit would be financially irrelevant to me. Those amounts alone would not only cover my previous losses but significantly exceed them. Until then, of course, they remain nothing more than displayed or promised amounts. Whether they create an actual legal claim, and how much could ultimately be recovered, would have to be determined by lawyers and, if necessary, a court.
