What actually happens is: I have a main bot and a proxy bot. The proxy bot becomes an admin in the relevant channel to check the user's membership. Everything works fine. But for some public channels, after the bot becomes an admin, an unknown Telegram-side issue occurs that causes Telegram not to send the status update to the user (client). This issue occurs when a Telegram-side restriction is active until the bot is an admin and mandatory membership is set, even if the user personally enters the username and intends to join. Where is the problem? Most users who experience this restriction or Telegram-side issue are from Iran.
