Telegram Bot Talk

Hi everyone! I'm trying to connect a bot to my own Telegram account via a business connection, but every time I try to grant the bot rights to manage my gifts and stars, I get the error shown in the screenshot. Does anyone know how to fix this, or what triggers this restriction? Thanks!
