Alert 🚨 Russia Declares Pavel Durov Wanted Internationally Pavel Durov has reportedly been placed on Russia’s international wanted list after the country’s Federal Security Service (FSB) charged him under Part 1.1 of Article 205.1 of the Russian Criminal Code, which covers facilitating terrorist activities. According to the FSB, Ukrainian intelligence services allegedly used the Telegram dating bot “Leo” to recruit Russian citizens aged 12-22 for acts of sabotage, attacks on police and arson.
