3. What is the difference between an issuer and a non issuer? A non issuer Featured App PartyID supports application activity but does not act as an asset issuer. An asset issuer Featured App PartyID is associated with issuing or supporting asset activity. Issuer PartyIDs have a higher locking requirement. Apps should accurately identify whether each PartyID is an issuer or non issuer.
